Style mixing – decorating with concern

A few weeks ago, we received an e-mail from a local home interior shop. They had a project, and they needed our help. They had to decorate a newly build house for an open house event, and they wanted to know if we would collaborate with them by providing products for the decoration.

We only had very little time to arrange everything, but we did our best to get everything ready on time.

We wanted to participate in the project for several reasons.

Firstly, the house is a type of house that is self-sufficient, which means that it is environmentally friendly and very cheap to run. The owner will never receive a heat or electricity bill as the house produces its own electricity.

Secondly, it was a local project. The house is close to where we have our main office. We wanted to do this to help a local company. We think that is important to do.

Thirdly, it was a challenge. The house itself is new, modern and minimalistic. We wanted to see if it was possible to combine this with our products, which we believe have a lot of atmosphere and cosiness.

We’ll just show you some pictures of the final result. Spring time showed its beautiful face this day; the radiant sun and the blue sky making it even prettier.

Many of the visitors this day expressed positive attitudes towards the combination of a minimalistic house and cosy decoration. We are just happy that they liked it.
